Return and Refund Policy
Returned goods, excluding major equipment, will be accepted for full or partial credit, or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, resalable, and include the buyer's account details, invoice, and/or order number. Certain products may be exempt from being returnable; please refer to the individual product information and our Terms & Service for further details.
VS Dent Inc. does not provide pre-paid or printable return labels, nor do we cover the cost of the return unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For items received with faults or errors, please contact our team at salesusa@vsdent.com. The buyer may be responsible for arranging return postage, which can be credited or refunded upon return with proof of cost. For large item returns requiring courier collection, please contact our team; collection fees may apply.
All returns must be suitably packaged, as VS Dent Inc. is not responsible for items damaged during transit. Items with shipping labels on the original packaging may not always be credited.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in readily saleable condition, unused, and with all packaging, instructions, and guarantees intact. VS Dent Inc. will not accept responsibility for goods returned by the buyer that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns of goods that are not faulty or defective may be subject to a collection fee or restocking charge. To minimize the risk of contamination and ensure the safety of our colleagues, please do not return used or opened PPE or contaminated equipment. If returning used equipment for repair or service, ensure the item has been correctly sterilized before sending.
